Sustainable Place Making in Public Policy

In this video prof. Terry Marsden, director of the Sustainable Places Research Institute in Cardiff and project partner of SUSPLACE, discusses about sustainable place-making in the context of public policy together with prof. Susan Baker, co-director of the same institute, and mr. Matthew Quinn, director of Environment and Sustainable Development at the Welsh Government and also partner of SUSPLACE. The video offers interesting background information to what sustainable place-making entails and how it relates to the context of governance and policy. The Cardiff Capital Region, and Wales more broadly, is one of the cases in the SUSPLACE project and featured already as a case study in the recent training on Integrated Sustainability offered by Except.
